By itself- por si mismo

"The Kingdom of God is not what you expected--a dazzling and dramatic intervention of unbearable glory. You see, it begins very small, tiny like a mustard seed. And it takes time to grow, so be patient. The kingdom will grow by itself" (Brennan Manning quoting Jesus, Reflections for Ragamuffins, pg 326) We want things to grow fast so we can messure the results, when we can not see grow, then we conclude that it is not working. It is not about us making all the effort to extend the Kingdom of God; God is the one who will extend his own kingdom. If I could understand the mighty power of God, man!!! everything would be so different.

"El Reino de Dios no es lo que esperas--una intervención increible y dramatica de la insoportable gloria. Mira, todo empieza muy pequeño, tan pequeño como una semilla de mostaza. Y toma tiempo para que crezca, asi que se paciente. El Reino va a crecer por si mismo" (Brennan Manning refiriendose a las palabra de Jesus, Pensamientos para los Andrajosos, pg 326) Queremos que las cosas crezcan rapidamente para asi poder medir los resultados; y cuando no vemos esos resultados entonces concluimos que la cosa no esta creciendo. No es que nosotros hagamos todo el esfuerzo para extender el Reino de Dios; Dios es quien extiende su propio Reino. Si tan solo pudiera entender el gran poder de Dios, ¡¡ijoles!! todo sería tan diferente.
